- One of our on the road experts will call you back within a few minutes to book an appointment and collect full vehicle information
- We will arrive on time and make you a brand new car key
All calls are recorded for training and quality purposes.
The recorded call and you confirming your appointment date and time over the phone forms part of our agreement and a call out charge may apply to last minute cancellations or missed appointments.
For security purposes we do not accept cash payments except in extreme circumstances and therefore a card payment either by terminal or over the phone will be taken on completion of the work.
